Stop Motion Video

I took this sequence of a friend to try and capture a series of motion. I had my friend jump off from a bench and a captured his motion by shooting on continuous mode. I then edited the photos with photoshop and put them into a video sequence using Adobe Premiere.

Sports Photo

I took this photo at a volleyball tournament over the weekend. I was using my friends camera as we were having a competition to see who could take a better action shot. I felt this one was pretty cool. We were shooting with a 1/320 second shutter speed and a 1600 ISO. The lighting was perfect at the Oakland Convention Center where we were shooting, so we didn't really have to adjust the lighting on the camera other than to reduce the noise caused by the high shutter speed. I really like this picture because it captured the moment. You can see the net moving after the ball hit it which is pretty cool.
